Following the Consultation, and thanks to a strong response from both residents and Councillors, the latest bus service proposals show an improved service for Fowlmere and includes the introduction of a Sunday service. The changes are due to be introduced in 2027.
Councillors Peter C, James H and Barry J recently gave Elm Gardens public right of way a tidy up. The public right of way is a popular route for school runners, dog walkers and other residents. It looks loads better so a big thank you to our three volunteers.
Prior to submitting a planning application to South Cambridgeshire District Council, Duxford AV-Tech are inviting members of the public to see the updated designs. Join them at a consultation event to meet the project team, explore the detailed designs, ask questions and share your views.
This weekend, the Cemetery extension will be cut using Scythes. The work is being carried out using traditional hand-cutting methods to help manage the grass and maintain the area in a way that is sympathetic to the cemetery environment.
