Sports clubs and facilities

The Village Hall grounds feature a large playing field that contains two full size football pitches and a cricket square.

Junior football is played by Dynamo Foxton and Fowlmere Football Club, currently catering for age groups up to 15years. For membership enquiries, please email or find them on facebook

Senior and Junior cricket is played by Thriplow Cricket Club. Find details here

There is a flood-lit Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) behind the Village Hall which is available for use by any member of the Fowlmere Sports Group.For details of membership and access to the courts please contact fowlmeresportsgroup@gmail.com. Adult social tennis is played on a Tuesday evening from 6:30 pm and members of any standard are always welcome.

Next to the MUGA there is a range of outdoor adult gym equipment that is available for all to use.

Meetings of the badminton club and carpet bowls club, as well as aerobics and pilates classes take place regularly in the Village Hall.

The Butts Recreation Ground has junior goals and children’s play equipment while The Green on Saville Way allows for informal play and recreation.
