Annual Village Meeting Next Week – 15th May.

The Annual Village Meeting will be held next week on 15th May at Fowlmere Recreation Ground & Village Hall (Pavilion Rm) @ 19:30

For those who are not familiar with what “The Annual Village Meeting” is, it is a statutory annual meeting that we are obliged to hold.

It’s important to stress that it is not a meeting of the Parish Council however the task of arranging and hosting of the Annual Village Meeting does fall upon the PC.

The content of these meetings is not set in stone. We try to make it more about village networking. Inviting and listening to all sorts of groups, organisations and businesses who we don’t necessarily have day to day contact with, hearing how their past year has been and their plans for the year ahead.

One of the benefits is it means we are past the introductions phase if we do need to get in touch with each other, and more generally it is lovely to hear about other peoples successes.
