The 3 Historic Building and Wildlife Information Maps that are on The Butts, Jacksons Way and in St. Mary's Churchyard have returned refreshed. The original artwork was used to reprint the maps and we think they look great.
In the next of our street sign restoration project, Rectory Lane and Green Lane are the latest signs to be given the restoration love 🫶. We hope you like them. 🤗
The 3 Historic Building Info Signs that are on The Butts, Jacksons Way and in St. Mary's Churchyard are being refreshed. The original artwork is being used to reprint the info signs that have become tired. The old signs have been taken away to use as templates for the drilling of the fixing holes.
The Bench outside the Swan is the latest to be given the restoration treatment. It's been taken away to the workshop to be given some love 🫶 and attention. We hope it will be back in its usual spot soon.
The metal WI bench at the top of The Butts has returned after being restored to as good as new. First installed in 1965 to mark the 50th anniversary of the WI, the 60 year old bench has been straightened, strengthened and given a shiny new green repaint to bring it back to life.
